high_queen_of_ulster : Thaddeus, a Lieutenant (he is very rarely around due to the lack of Council activity) and Nim/Whatever his new name is (Crimson I think?) Holds Chair 3. Chair's 1-3 hold the power.
high_queen_of_ulster : 4-7 are generall considered lesser power chairs.

high_queen_of_ulster : Meaning that should Chairs 4-7 disagree and 2-3 side on either side of the arguement, Chair 1 (as the leader) can break a tie, but thats a given considering that there are only 7 chairs.
high_queen_of_ulster : It is also assumed that all council members are members of the Ulsterian Aristocracy

high_queen_of_ulster : If I remember correctly Kilian (name changed of course) has taken Connaught and therein because its such a large territory it entitles him to a place.
