OoC Inauguration of Daniel Carter as Grand Duke

Okay, since there is absolutely no time to do this ICly I will say it OoCly.

Daniel Carter is hereby and henceforth Grand Duke of the Grand Duchy Invernis. He is to be given all the respect of a Grand Duke.

Grand Dukes control Duchy's that are of considerable size. A Grand Duchy has many occupants and gives more to the Kingdom than say a regular Duchy with a regular Duke.

So can we get a round of applause for Carter? He has officially moved up in the world and no longer has to rely on Guided tours to recieve money! He is on my payroll
