Okay.
Im only going to post this once.
Anyone wishing to Role Play in Ulster -must- have a profile in the profile's section. If our allies are kind enough to post their profiles from time to time you should be no exception. The only time this requirement will be waived is in the event that said person is:
A.) Temporarily Role Playing within Ulster.
1.) Characters that have been with us for more that 9 months are exempt unless asked for site clarification.
B.) A minor character in a plotline. (Even so it would be a nice gesture to have a profile in this case)
There are no exceptions outside of these parameters. The profile information is used to make Character pages on the Website and aids in clearing up any discrepancy a member might have in reference to another character's abilities, race, affiliation, etc.
The next issue pertains to the Application/Recruiting section of this board. If I do not see an application for your character your account will be frozen. This especially applies to those New/Old recruits that claim to originate inside Ulster. The following are exempt:
A.) Allies and Enemies
B.) Those given leave to join by:
1.) Myself
2.) Jade
3.) Tish
However, Profile requirements are still applicable to these individuals. No other member has the right to waive this requirement unless permission is obtained from Administration or the Global Moderator.
Effective Immediately:
If you neglect to participate in either of these requirements within the time limit provided you will be terminated.
