Well hello everyone again. It seems NimRuin has come back, well not really, just a belated version of my old self. I am currently the new ArchWizard of Ulster, and the 3rd chair of the counsil. I myself will be recruiting as well, in the chatrooms, just because i want to see Ulster get larger, though in both number and in talent, because most of you are very good rpers.

Now this Proposal I am writing to address Professor Carter. I understand you are the lead man of the academy and i would like to address a new form of study. Of course, i know my magic well in some regards, or at least i hope...lol. I would like to set up a course, of advanced Military training. Of course, through my ways of magic, i would like to set up an arena, not a hugely one, but one where i can deploy serval tactical powerstones churned by the gods of the Celtics, signifying their reign over the religion of Ulster.

In so doing so, i would like to propose to set up an actual place where those who wish to strengthen their minds in war combat could actually get some practice in. For we know, if Ulster does go into a war, sometime, i would very well indeed like the minds of our player to be sharp and very very quick, if we needed an army. It is more like one of those strategic games, where you take one army and pit it against another. I have been working on this for sometime, just havent really, proposed it properly. But if you are at all interested please let me know, and i will set out an adequate layout of what I am thinking about.

( Based upon the busy lifestyle of Daniel, im going to write my proposal here, just because I might never get to talk to Professor cartner anytime soon. )

I wish to Propose a higher learning of a Military art in Ulster. Basically, i will run it down to the letter as best as I can. It is an Arena, a four cornered arean in the fields of Ulster, where I wish to set up a magic barrier, that will specialize iin the effects of Illusions. Now, really the basis of this is clearly a game. It will be one person, with the choice of how many Men he would want, pitted against another. Now Once, If i mean i am ok to do this, i will create this arena, in which really is powered by four key stones. Once you enter the battlefield you choose a battlefield. Upon choosing the battlefield you then pick how many men you have, you choose how many cannons you want, and the specialties of your men, really are a list i am making up.

So basically, It is an arena, i would like to build in the backyard of Ulster, where the minds of Ulster can be sharpened in the terms of Military tactics and the organization of Ulster's Warfare and men. I do believe there are alot of kingdoms out there, that are ambigtious and even more that will take risks. So this is just a way to get friendly war rps, that will broaden our horizons in all types of battlefields and wars. If you are interested at all, just tell me so, and i will break down the rules of the game, to better accomodate you in making your desicion in allowing me to do this.

I see no point in starting a new thread simply to say “hello” and what not, so I hope that dear Mr. Nim doesn’t mind me posting here. Though it certainly seems like I’m giving him an option, no?

I’ve been away for a good long time now, and although I’m still a scarce sight anywhere I’d like to make an attempt at coming back to the Western Woods/ Avalon/ Ulster boards. It is my understanding that dear, sweet Adahy is a seldom sight any longer, I just hope that he’s doing well.

Juliet, I’m glad to see that you’re still going; I do love reading your posts when time permits. Kirihito… well what can I say to you my dear; not much really. Laurie, you’re… well… Laurie. *snickers*

Greetings aside, I’d first like to ask for permission from Kahlan before I make any form of an attempt at a post. M’lady, it’s always a pleasure. I’d ask for Ashina’s permission, but again it is my understanding that she is not around much anymore either.

My situation now persists that I am in dire need of a story to partake in; though it certainly does seem that dear, sweet Kirihito has some form of plans for the childish Toyo and the marred Zaiido. Hmm, I suppose I should thank you for remembering no?

Anywho, I’ll make my first priority getting a fitting profile up and running; does seem the most logical place to start. *chuckles*

However, the point of this was simply to express that I’ve experienced a tragedy in the family, and hence I doubt that I’ll be able to get a post up within the next week. Sorry for the late reply. I think that's a good idea. I'd prefer not to have it on a seperate board, though, so if at all possible, I would like to simply make the arena an addition on the Academy's property. You have free reign on that board for whatever you would like to set up. Also, I should be more available now that my schedule has freed up.
