renae_willowbane: ~Amariette convulsed hard and practically jerked back against Daniel, her body thrashing and screams, horrible, painful screams rising from her throat to fill the air. She was shrieking madly in the darkness, her eyes still sealed shut and the images speeding at her in all directions, her head falling into Daniel's lap as she convulsed onto her back. Her muscles tensed and her back arched horribly high, the sight excruciating to watch as her body was ravaged by some unseen force and her nails began to claw at her clothes. Kicking violently, her body writhed in agony and her eyes shot open, the pools black and angry red veins trailing in broken lines across the whites of her gaze. Slight trickles of blood spilled from the sockets and trailed down her face to become matted in her hair.~<c>
renae_willowbane: ~It looked as though every vessel had burst in her eyes as one might experience from suffocation, in fact, her throat had closed against the strain and air was barely reaching her burning lungs. "GET IT OFF ME! AH PLEASE! IT'S IN ME! IT'S TEARING ME APART! PLEASE! SOMEONE HELP ME! HELP ME GET IT OUT!!" There was nothing on her at all, even at glances from all angles, but the girl was adamant and as her back arched again, a violent cough accompanied it, blood flowing out of the corners of her mouth. Her nails ripped at the dress, practically tore it from her skin, several glimpses of her breasts, stomach and thighs becoming more than discernible in her fury. As she clawed, deep scratches were along her skin on her neck, chest and stomach, the image of the parasite burned into her mind.~<c>
renae_willowbane: ~She could not see, could not hear, and as the last of her oxygen faded away, her voice died as well, her body going limp and her appendages crashing down to the wood of the porch. In all aspects she appeared dead, gone forever, save for the most shallow rise and fall of her chest, now barely hidden from view. In her mind, the girl was running, running through this endless labyrinth of darkness, of absolute and terrible evil that she could practically feel breathing down her neck. Demons chased her, vicious memories of a God who abandoned one of his most valued beings, one of his most chosen and beloved children to be forever tormented without the slightest remorse. The light had been blinding, ah god, it had been beautiful!~<c>
renae_willowbane: ~Yet now there was only darkness, only madness and evil to behold, the very fabric of time tearing open to allow centuries and centuries of ceaseless despair and hopelessness. Tears, tears of blood ran down her cheeks as she ran, her hem being snagged by the claws of the vile memories, of the sickness she had accepted into herself so freely. Amariette felt more afraid now than she had ever felt in her life, and there was no one, absolutely no one who could save her in this hour of pain and suffering. Thoroughly exhuasted, she collapsed to the ground, her body sprawled and aching in every way possible. Curling into a tight fetal position, her hands balled into fists and pressed against her head, her screams rising above the demonic symphony of maniacal laughter and vulgarity.~<c>
renae_willowbane: ~Squeezing her eyes shut tightly, she shrieked in agony and fought for some semblence of sanity that did not come, every muslce in her body tight and throbbing with pain. Somewhere, deep within, she felt a voice rise from her core, a piteous cry to the only one she could remember in this hell. "DANIEL!!!"~
Daniel_P_Carter: -What the hell was going on here… what was going ON? What had she seen in him? His eyes darted up to him and saw a most unexpected thing. He was scared. He was straight down to his boots terrified. What on earth could she have seen to make such a man cry real tears, whisper like that… make that face? He had the feeling that whatever Theoren Roullier's dark secret was, it was not for the human mind to comprehend. As Amariette thrashed(C)-
Daniel_P_Carter -back against him and he caught sight of the blood running down her face all he could do was try to hold her flailing arms down. In that moment he felt nothing, he saw nothing, he could only react instinctively to her thrashing and try to minimize the pain… but it was not enough. She broke free and ran for all she was worth. He stood immediately, her blood staining all down the front of his shirt, he could only sit stunned for a moment and watch her run.(C)-
Daniel_P_Carter- He reacted seconds later, not caring what happened to Theoren, not bothering to answer Charlie, the sore lump in his throat was nearly choking off his air. "Amariette!" He called after her. He had no choice. He broke into a run after her. It hurt him, his leg buckled several time as he stumbled amongst the trees, calling for her. He ran for all he was worth. He could not even see where he was headed, for he was blinded by tears of fear and panic.(C)-
Daniel_P_Carter: - In his furious search he tripped over a tree root and was sent tumbling over into the dirt. His glasses went flying and he rolled to his back holding his leg in pain. It was her cry, his name, that shook him from his daze. Forgetting the pain momentarily he got up, blindly now, moving with a limp in her direction. He could see the dark red and white ball curled on the ground and he raced to her, dropping to his knees beside her.(C)-
Daniel_P_Carter - Lifting her up he cradled her frail form in his arms. "Don't cry… I'm here. I'm here Amariette… I'll protect you…" murmured, holding her close into his chest as he bent his head down to touch her forehead. "I'm here now baby… I'm here."(F)-
charlie_dudox: She went for a pillow, Amariette should be lying on the ground, they needed to try and keep her from hurting herself until this whole... whatever she was going through, stopped. But her actions were in vain as Amariette took off, Daniel running after her. That left her and Theoren there alone. Fantastic, now would be the time for him to either chop her into little pieces, or for her to chop him into little pieces. In her eyes his was a manipulative bastard. Had she simply seen him walking down the street or met him in a bar, there was little doubt that she would be more than happy to wake up in his bed the next morning. But being a beautiful man did little to disuade her from her hatred of the man. <C>
charlie_dudox* He might have been what she considered eye candy but he had hurt Daniel, and in her eyes, Daniel was oh so much more. She moved forward on the porch where he sat, looking his weakened form over. Amariette might have rushed to help him, fearing the disapproval of the queen, but Theoren was not dealing with Amariette. The last head woman that Charlie had obeyed had done a pretty good job of tearing her life to pieces. She answered to no one she did not agree with. There would be no more bowing her will simply for the sake of others' feelings. She stood over him with her head tilted to the side and sighed softly "You know if you were the one to go into seizures and die, it would save us all a lot of trouble." It was probably not what he wanted to hear but she had a damned good point<C
charlie_dudox* "Now are you gonna let me have a look at that book or are ya going to hack me to pieces." It didn't appear that he was in any state to hack anyone so she guessed that she was safe. Anyway, what was the harm to him for a look.
